Okay, so today I am taking the test to obtain my learner's permit. That's right, at age 22, I am facing that 15-year-old stress of memorizing traffic laws and marking the correct multiple choice response. If I fail this test, I will be forever humbled in a way that will make my bachelor's degree and decent grades seem meaningless. If I pass, that will mean that I will face the stress of remembering how to actually coordinate the finer points of steering, accelerating, and braking to make me a safe driver that won't run over pedestrians or give someone whiplash.
Well, wish me luck.
